Shipping and Delivery
All orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipments are delivered based on your selection when ordering. Canadian orders will receive an automatic tracking number while International orders receiving a tracking number may incur additional fees.
We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for packages returned to us.
Depending on which Shipping Service you selected:
- Orders within Nova Scotia allow 1-3 Days
- Order within Canada allow 7 - 10 days
- Order for the USA: allow 10 - 14 days
- International Orders: allow 4 - 6 weeks
We also have a free shipping for Canadian orders over $99, and free shipping for American order over $125. This change happens automatically; no discount code is needed to redeem free shipping.
