Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns. If you have concerns please contact us at email@example.com including photos as we do thrive to have happy customers.
Each bar of soap is unique and therefore will be different from the product photo and will be different from previous orders.
Additions or cancellations
To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill.
Incorrect, damaged or lost goods
If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

All of our ingredients and products are vegan and free of any animal testing.
Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hours, discontinue use.
