Why didn’t I receive my tracking number?
We send a tracking link email for every order that is placed, which happens automatically.
When is this email sent?
This email is sent out the same day that we put your package on our shipping truck, and generally will be sent out the business day after your order is place (this can happen the same day if you place it early in the morning). For example if you order on Friday, you should expect to get the tracking email on Monday. In rare cases where we are really backed up it may take an extra day.
So, what to do if you did not get our tracking link email?
- Most likely this happened because our email was sent to your spam or promotions folder
- Search your mail for "Nova Soapia has shipped your order" (that is the subject line of our email)
- If it is in your Spam folder, make sure to "whitelist" our support email to ensure future notifications show up.
